NB: Patients will require a valid referral in order to claim any benefits from Medicare or an insurer.
With the exception of DVA patients, we are not a bulk billing practice. Full payment for your consultation is required at the time of your consultation, by cash or EFTPOS.
As we do not carry a float, the exact change or EFTPOS is preferred (no merchant fees apply).
Should surgery be required, our medical support staff will provide you with a full surgical fee estimate for your consideration. Most surgeries are charged at standard AMA rates. If you decide to proceed with the procedure, all surgical costs must be pre-paid 30 days prior to your surgery date. After the operation, patients will then be provided with an itemised receipt in order to claim back any applicable Medicare and/or insurer rebate.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to give excellent medical care, to help us achieve this, we kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or change your appointment to allow other patients to be scheduled into your appointment time.
A cancellation fee applies that will equate to 100% of the appointment fee if less than 24 hours’ notice is provided. We will advise you of the exact fee upon cancellation and will send you an invoice.
Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis for situations outside of your control.
